5) Client Responsibilities (If You Engage Us)

If you purchase Services, including lead reactivation, you agree to:

- Provide accurate information and timely access needed to perform Services  

- Ensure you have the right to use and share any data you provide (including lead lists)  

- Use Services in compliance with applicable laws (including privacy, marketing, and telemarketing laws)  

Lead Lists + Compliance: If you provide lead/contact lists for reactivation or outreach, you confirm you have appropriate rights/permissions to contact those individuals and comply with applicable regulations (e.g., TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and state privacy laws where relevant).

6) Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, designs) is owned by or licensed to GALXEE AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute it without written permission.

7) Third-Party Tools and Integrations

Services may rely on third-party platforms (e.g., telephony, CRMs, email/SMS providers, analytics). We are not responsible for outages, changes, or failures caused by third parties.

8) Disclaimers

- A particular number of leads, bookings, or conversions  

- Continuous or error-free operation  

9) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GALXEE AI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL.
