• Use Services in compliance with applicable laws (including privacy, marketing, and telemarketing laws) 

Lead Lists + Compliance: If you provide lead/contact lists for reactivation or outreach, you confirm you have appropriate rights/permissions to contact those individuals and comply with applicable regulations (e.g., TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and state privacy laws where relevant).

All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, designs) is owned by or licensed to GALXEE AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute it without written permission.

Services may rely on third-party platforms (e.g., telephony, CRMs, email/SMS providers, analytics). We are not responsible for outages, changes, or failures caused by third parties.

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GALXEE AI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE OR SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE [3 / 6 / 12] MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM (OR $100 IF NO FEES WERE PAID). (Pick one and keep it consistent.)
